snake bites

so, I am waiting for my bus to the south, where I will be hanging out on the beaches.

the other day I caught a train to chiang mai, and when I get there, it was raining and was going to rain for the next week, so i hop back on the train and came back to bangkok. But before I left I went on a trek where I rode elephant, bamboo raft. on the bamboo raft we saw a couple of snakes and all I could think of was what I read in a book

1- assume all snakes are vemous
2-using a tenser bandage or a piece of clothing, apply presure to the area, and wrap up towards your head
3- have someone try to remember the markings of the snake
4- do not panic, get yourself to hostipal, there are vacusations for most snake bites
